Broke garage door key inside lock, rang Gavin and he came straight round as he was only around the corner. Got broken piece of key out in no time. Recommended where to get replacement keys. Reasonable price. Excellent service.

The lock on the back door would not work. I contacted Gavin and within a couple of hours he had inspected the lock, had purchased the parts needed and had replaced the complete locking mechanism. I could not have asked for a more professional and quick service. The door is now secure and I couldn’t recommend this service highly enough. Thanks so much Gavin.

I’d lost a key for the garage side door, so needed it opening. Gavin had finished the job before I’d even arrived.
He also gave some really handy recommendations on replacing the current lock as it’s not very secure. 100% recommend.

Very responsive, professional and effective service at a fair price. He came day after call ( I said it wasn’t an urgent request), he was going to be slightly late but phoned and updated me, so I felt informed, overall a very good experience. What a gentleman! Gavin is amazing, he helped to fix the deadbolt on my front door within an hour of me calling. He did everything he could to keep the price down and solve the problem within 20 minutes. Would recommend 100%.

Phoned Gavin and asked him to let us into our home as we were locked out and he was with us within 15 minutes! Amazing service and let us in with no problems. Good prices and lovely man.
